Head north for Arizona's premier bluegrass festival!

Pickin' in the Pines Bluegrass & Acoustic Music Festival is Flagstaff's award-winning bluegrass festival, happening September 13-15. Experience three days of bluegrass and acoustic music in the beautiful tall pines, just south of town.

Our lineup makes it worth the trip, and the setting, amenities and people make it one of the 'best of the west'! Workshops by almost all our performers give you a chance to improve your own playing, get a closer look at techniques and instruments, or just hear more of your favorite bands.

Evenings in the campground mean jamming around campfires (if no fire restrictions are in place), meeting new friends and catching up with old ones. You never know who you'll meet in a jam circle; sometimes performers visit the campground after dark looking for more opportunities to play music. And you might just catch the next new band as they get ready for the band contest.

We also offer arts and crafts activities for kids, who get in free! Vendors offer a wide variety of food and beverages, as well as arts and crafts, instruments and lots more.

Tickets are available online at Pickininthepines.org through September 10th, and at the gate.
